Petal Creates Commercial Redevelopment Program with SMPDD

The Board of Aldermen have approved a Resolution Authorizing SMPDD to assist and serve as Agent for the City of Petal to establish a Commercial Redevelopment/Revitalization Program in the City of Petal for vacant buildings or underdeveloped areas of the city.
