Dispatcher

The Petal Police Department is accepting applications through Nov. 14, 2025 for full time dispatcher. Applicants must be 18 years old or older, have a high school diploma or GED, possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and type a minimum of 40wpm. The position will require completion of a 40-hour certification course within the first year of employment. Salary ranges from $36,000 - $40,000 plus benefits. Must pass drug screen/background check.
